BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for selecting our services! Please remember that remaining balance payments must be made in cash the day of your service and deposits are non refundable. We kindly request that you refrain from booking if you have other appointments on the same day.

 

Shampoo is included with every service. We ask that you please come with detangled hair, as we do not offer detangling as a service.Glue and product build up will be additional shampoo service.

For a tailored experience, you may want to choose our Convenient Appointment option, which is designed to meet your specific needs and may include early morning appointment, quiet time appointment, last minute/ same day appointment, ect . This is considered a luxury service which is an additional fee of $100. I would recommend booking a quiet time appointment  if you have to work during the appointment.
